Cancellation Policy
I charge a 75% cancellation fee for all cancellations within 48 hours of the the scheduled appointment, A 100% cancellation fee for all no shows and day of cancellations .If you pay in full prior to your appointment and cancel with short notice that is non refundable, all deposits and fees once paid are non refundable. All appointments have a 15 minute grace period after 10 minutes a late fee will be added and after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a fee. NO REFUNDS under any circumstances, I am always more than happy to fix anything with in the first week of receiving your service for no extra cost !!!!
